Flexi
Hours: Optional Flexi hours starting between 7:30 am to
10:00 am and ending the day between 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Free Lance Hours: Raybrightites can use office
premises and infrastructure for freelancing purpose during specific
hours.

or piece of work which the management considers outstanding and

Quarterly Company Meet is held with the idea to meet all Raybrightites
of the concerned Unit under one roof. The Unit Head shares the Unit’s
Update and shows the roadmap for the future.
